The Southwest Florida Public Service Academy

Faculty and Staff

The Southwest Florida Public Service Academy trains over four thousand students annually with a full time staff of ten and an adjunct instructional staff of over two hundred. The Academy operates under the auspices of the Lee County School District.

Executive Team

Timothy J. Day, Director
 
Tim Day serves as the Director of the Southwest Florida Public Service Academy where he supervises the Criminal Justice, Fire, and Public Works Academies.
 
Patrick J. Flahive, Assistant Director
Patrick Serves as the Coordinator of the Law Enforcement Academy and as the Assistant Director of the Public Service Academy.
  
Keith Henson, Coordinator
Keith serves as the Coordinator of the Corrections Academy and the Co-Coordinator of the Crossover Academy
Dave Harney, Coordinator
Dave serves as the Coordinator of the Advanced and Specialized training division. Dave also supervises all off campus training programs serves as the Co-Coordinator of the Crossover Academy
  
Trenton Bowen, Coordinator
Trent serves as the Coordinator of the Fort Myers Fire Academy where he supervises all Firefighter Basic and Advanced training.

Nancy Pickles, Accounting Clerk 
Nancy Coordinates the administration of the Fort Myers Fire Academy and the Southwest Florida Public Works Academy.
  
Angela Esteves, Accounting Clerk 
Angela Coordinates the finances of the Southwest Florida Public Service Academy and the Trade Extension. In addition, Angela manages the accounting for the Region Ten training council.
  
Barbara Crowley, Criminal Justice Secretary 
Barbara assists with the coordination of the Law Enforcement and Corrections training programs and maintains records and databases.
  
Socorro Escobar, Criminal Justice Paraprofessional 

Coordinates enrollment and maintains records for the Advanced & Specialized courses as well as the CJBAT Exam
